an opportunity to refine your skills, and to hone the practice of deep listening and compassionate touch.
Traditional Thai therapy (nuad phaen boran in Thai language) is a unique and powerful healing art that combines physical, energetic, and spiritual healing techniques and concepts. It is the skillful combination of opening and toning the body with yoga-like stretches, applying acupressure, finding and dissolving blockages, stimulating energy lines (sen), working with breath awareness, using medicinal herbs, and allowing and encouraging others to engage in self healing, relaxation, and renewal.
There are no prerequisites for this course. You will be amazed at what you will learn in a single weekend as we teach you the critical fundamentals of body mechanics, positioning, compression, working with passive stretches and much more.
